Book Diagnostic WhatsApp

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Nexus Consultech (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates nexusconsultech.com and provides business consulting services to companies. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the rules made under it. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Nexus Consultech is a business consulting firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy — we decide why and how that data is processed.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the “Book a Free Diagnostic” form, email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

  • Your name and job title
  • Company name and, where relevant, company size and industry
  • Email address and phone number
  • The content of your message, including any business information you choose to share
  • Records of our correspondence with you

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal data such as financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or passwords.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar storage mechanisms that are necessary for it to work and to serve pages quickly:

  • Essential / functional cookies — used by our content delivery and caching layer to serve cached pages and to remember technical preferences.
  • Form protection — our contact form may set a short-lived token to prevent spam and duplicate submissions.

We do not run third-party advertising, behavioural tracking, or cross-site profiling on this website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences may be lost.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule the diagnostic call you requested
  • To provide consulting services and manage our engagement with you
  • To send you information you asked for, and follow-up communication about your enquiry
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. Consent and lawful grounds

Where we rely on consent, we ask for it clearly at the point of collection — for example, when you submit a form — and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and it may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry or continue a service that depends on that data.

Some processing does not depend on consent, for example where it is necessary to respond to a request you initiated, to comply with the law, or to protect against fraud and security incidents.

6. Who we share data with

We keep access to your data limited. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, or provide IT and security services — under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to run those services
  • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy continuing to apply

When you click a WhatsApp link on this site, you leave our website and Meta’s WhatsApp terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

7. Where your data is stored

Our website and email are hosted on servers located in India. Some service providers we use may process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the transfer and processing comply with applicable law and that your data receives an appropriate level of protection.

8. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as the law requires. In practice:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted
  • Client and engagement records: for the period required by tax and contractual obligations
  • Website server logs: typically up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident

9. How we protect your data

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict administrative access, keep software updated, and limit who inside Nexus can see enquiry data. No system is completely secure, but we review our safeguards as the site and our services change. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
  • Complain to us, and if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these rights, email care@nexusconsultech.com with the subject line “Data Request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies before sharing personal data with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated to you where we have your contact details.
