We would rather be clear than clever. This page explains what this website is, what it is not, and what you can expect when we work together.
What this website is
Everything here — the guides, checklists, articles and service pages — is general information written for business owners. It is meant to be useful, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific facts.
Tax law, reporting standards and regulations change constantly, and they apply differently to every entity, structure and jurisdiction. Use the material here to frame better questions; then let a professional look at your numbers before you act.
What you can expect when we work together
- A written engagement letter that sets out scope, fees, responsibilities and timelines before any work starts.
- A senior partner accountable for the work — not a hand-off to a junior team after the pitch.
- Advice tied to your numbers — P&L, cash flow and tax position, with the assumptions stated in plain language.
- Confidentiality — your data, documents and decisions stay inside the engagement, and we sign your NDA before detailed information is shared.
On results
We publish figures that reflect outcomes achieved in real engagements — cost removed, margin improved, days of working capital released. They are evidence of what has been done, not a projection for your business.
Every company starts from a different base, and the outcome depends on the decisions you take and the team that executes them. What we commit to is the method: a sized opportunity before you commit, a plan with named owners and dates, and reporting that ties progress back to the accounts.
When a client relationship begins
Reading this site, downloading a checklist or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. That begins when we both sign an engagement letter — deliberately, so scope and responsibilities are clear on both sides.
Where professional rules restrict how services may be presented in a particular jurisdiction, this material is provided for information only.
Quick answers
Is the 45-minute diagnostic really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to continue. You leave with a sized view of where the opportunities sit, whether or not you work with us.
Can we use your checklists and guides internally?
Please do — that is what they are for. Use them inside your own business with your team. The only thing we ask is that you do not resell them or publish them as your own.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, before any detailed financial information is shared. Most clients send their NDA first; if you do not have one, we can use ours.
Who actually does the work?
A partner leads every engagement, supported by a small specialist team. The partner who scopes the work is the partner who signs the findings.
Still have a question about any of this?
Ask us directly. A partner will answer in plain language, usually within one business day — no obligation on either side.
